We seek out and purchase apartments in historical buildings in Riga city centre.
Why historical buildings? Because we believe in value. Buildings that are 100 (or more!) years old have already proven their worth, right?

Why Riga city center? Again, value. Most of the trendy spots - cafes, bakeries, restaurants, art galleries & so on - are here or are opening up here (not in the Old Town!). Most of the new developments, most of the people (well, trendy ones), most of the tourists (that don't fall into the Old Town trap!) are also here. So are we. And what about you?!
Demolition 😱
Then comes the part for which we are sometimes called crazy. The demolition part. There's a saying "down to the guts", and that's exactly what we do. We strip everything down to the guts so we can see what's there, assess the building's condition, and determine what's needed to make those apartments high quality ones.
Planning 📐
Then we start planning. We work with experienced architects to maximize every apartment, making the most of ever inch. For example, we incorporate walk-in showers whenever possible - a feature typically found in larger, more expensive properties.
Design & more 🛋️
We also put a lot of thought into design, finishes, and furniture. Some solutions in our properties are custom-made, some furniture comes from design outlets and cool second-hand stores, and, of course, some pieces come from lovely Ikea.
